At Swadeshi Temples Community, we strive to provide a seamless and enriching experience for all our members and participants. We understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

1. Membership Cancellation

• Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
• No refunds will be issued for membership fees that have already been paid, but access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable except in cases of extenuating circumstances, subject to review.

2. Event & Puja Bookings

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled event: Full refund or option to reschedule.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund or option to reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: No refund, but rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Donations & Sponsorships

• Donations made towards temple activities, rituals, or events are non-refundable.
• Sponsorship contributions may be adjusted or redirected upon request but are not eligible for a cash refund.

4. Special Programs & Retreats

• Retreats, workshops, and special programs have specific cancellation policies that will be communicated at the time of registration.
• In general, cancellations made 14 days prior will be eligible for a refund minus an administrative fee, while cancellations closer to the date may not be refunded.

5. Vendor & Service Bookings

• Third-party vendor bookings facilitated through the community (e.g., catering, decoration, or music services) are subject to the individual vendor’s cancellation policy.
• Any disputes regarding vendor cancellations should be resolved directly with the vendor.

6. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

• Refund requests due to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
